A leading Corporate and Investment Bank is looking to hire an Opperational Risk Manager to grow their team. This opportunity offers a great career development path and exposure to a variety of projects. The company offers an excellent compensating package and hybrid working pattern.
Your responsibilities as Opperational Risk Manager:
- Lead work streams that aim to create and further integrate the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
- Enable the creation of a framework for controls
- Coordinate and direct the creation of Internal Controls System Report
- Be in charge of the yearly enterprise risk management evaluation process for the group
- Examining the policies' sufficiency, consistency, and alignment with the ERM Framework;
What they’re ideally looking for in you:
- Good awareness of the Opp Risk Framework and of Risk Management and related standards (e.g COSO, ISO) is highly desirable
- University degree in a relevant subject (such as law, economics, business, or finance) or something comparable gained via experience
- Experience with control frameworks, risk culture, policy framework and enterprise risk frameworks
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and are fluent in English
