Job Description: As a Financial Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management and mitigation of financial risks within our private bank. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for owning the financial risk framework and providing trend analysis and reports to aid decision-making at the highest levels. Your expertise in risk mitigation and monitoring will be essential in developing and implementing effective policies and procedures. Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the financial risk framework, ensuring it aligns with the bank's overall risk appetite and regulatory requirements
• Conduct comprehensive trend analysis and prepare reports on emerging financial risks, providing valuable insights to senior leadership
• Develop and implement a risk mitigation and monitoring policy to identify, assess, and manage financial risks proactively
• Lead the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), Recovery Planning, and the Risk and Stress Testing (RST) processes
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure cohesive risk management across the organisation
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial risk management to enhance the bank's risk framework
