A rapidly growing third-party management company that oversees UCITS and Alternative Funds is currently searching for a motivated and knowledgeable Compliance Analyst. Reporting to the Head of Compliance, the ideal candidate can anticipate significant exposure and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Work on comprehensive compliance tasks, avoiding being confined to a single area, which will contribute to your professional development and growth.
• Be responsible in preservation of the integrity and reputation of the company by assisting all departments.
• Assist the preparation, drafting and negotiation and review of all legal contracts.
• Report to senior management on ongoing compliance checks and controls.

Ideal Requirements:

• Experienced in conducting AML and KYC reviews on clients.
• Be capable of handling third-party due diligence requests for the Management Company.
• Capable of maintaining and updating the compliance monitoring plan.
• 3+ years experience in Compliance in a Management Company.
