Overview
The Operations and ESG Project Manager will support a variety of group level projects and will aid in delivering service excellence to all of our customers.
This role provides support for various group-level projects and contributes to delivering service excellence to our customers. A significant part of this role will involve project management for the Reed Group's ESG strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Research emerging opportunities for businesses across the group
- Monitor Reed Group's website domain management
- Promote the sharing of learnings and best practices across the group
- Provide project support for various initiatives across the group
Key responsibilities specific to ESG
- Be the go-to person for ESG knowledge across the Group, including regulatory changes
- Drive the Group sustainability strategy
- Revise and update Reed's sustainability policy when required
- Research, develop and implement 'People' and 'Community' related ESG targets
- Support compliance with regulatory reporting requirements
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Group, including compliance, marketing, brand/employer brand and people teams to ensure a coherent message is being shared with current and prospective clients/candidates/co-members
- Monitor and report on ESG performance from across the group
- Stay up-to-date and report on the latest ESG trends and regulations
