About UK Infrastructure Bank
We are the new, government-owned policy bank - launched in June 2021 - providing £22bn of infrastructure finance and partnering with the private sector and local government to finance a green industrial revolution and drive growth across the United Kingdom.

Job Purpose
The Project Analyst will be responsible for supporting change across the UK Infrastructure bank ensuring it is delivered to time, cost and quality. They will also be engaged in understanding business requirements and process improvements across UKIB.

We are looking for a Project Analyst to join our PMO team who is looking to develop their project and programme skills whilst getting involved in change across the bank. You may only have limited experience to date, but you’ll be wanting to learn fast about both the bank and the role of project managers in delivering successful change.
Core role accountabilities:

Helping define change and project scope and ensure the required outcomes are clear.

Measuring the delivery of our projects against time, cost and quality metrics

Preparing documents and reports for the projects.

Supporting the gathering of requirements for a range of projects, ensuring they are validated, signed off and represent the key stakeholder needs.

Working with stakeholders across the bank to understand their function and how projects and change can help them be more effective.

Learning the appropriate frameworks and gateways for change governance

Supporting process mapping from projects and change

Tracking delivery and benefits of projects
Knowledge, Skill and Experience requirements:
Knowledge
We recognise that you may only have limited experience in projects and programmes to date, but it would be great if you had some examples of:

Understanding how to manage change through working with colleagues, having a plan, and understanding the outcomes required.

Taking requirements from the organisation and turning them into a change project
-
Knowledge of how to understand processes that support a business function.

How you’ve learnt about infrastructure investments and the role of UKIB
Skills
Essential

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Desire to learn project and programme management.

Communication and influencing

Evidence of working within change management or project management frameworks

Foundation project management qualifications or evidence of a path to achieving this
