The Role:
Do you have a good eye for detail, a pragmatic approach and ability to build strong working relationships? Are you looking for a new challenge? Hampshire Pension Services currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Employer Data and Engagement Manager.
Hampshire Pension Services undertakes the pension administration for the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), Police Pension Scheme and Fire Pension Scheme on behalf of a number of partners. We provide support to more than 300,000 members and in excess of 700 scheme employers. Our Employer Services Team work closely with scheme employers to support them in understanding their legal responsibilities and administrative tasks, collaboratively working with other teams to ensure successful outcomes.
This role focuses on quality data collection and engagement with Scheme Employers, as well as the close liaison with our partners and other third parties such as fund actuaries. The teams you will manage focus on data collection, upload and employer performance.
The ideal candidate will have both experience of managing and analysing large data sets, as well as being able to evidence of building and maintaining strong working relationships with third parties at all levels. To be successful in the role you will be highly organised and remain calm under pressure. The role includes providing direction, motivation, and support to team managers, who oversee the day-to-day work within the team.
Although the role is office based in Winchester, currently the team are generally only required to work in the office one day a week, subject to business needs and further reviews.
Vetting Requirements:
This post is subject to Non-Police Personnel Vetting. Further information about this process will be provided to successful candidates. Candidates must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years in order for clearance to be obtained.
