This key position reporting to the Co-President offers a unique opportunity to push the boundaries of the traditional construction industry by using new technologies to drive business transformation projects.

The information technology and business intelligence manager plays a strategic role in the overall management of the company's technological activities. His main responsibilities include:

  • Have the business curiosity to detect opportunities for using innovative technologies such as automation and artificial intelligence (Copilot), data analysis and forecasting (Data Factory / PowerBI).
  • Lead business intelligence initiatives, ensuring the collection, analysis and presentation of relevant data to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and maintain a robust and scalable IT architecture in line with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Design and orchestrate initiatives with internal teams and with IT partners by maximizing the impact of the ERP (MS Business Central) and the construction project management solution (Procore).
  • Manage initiative budgets and their value deliveries.
  • Implement data governance policies and processes to ensure the integrity, quality and confidentiality of information.
  • Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Evaluate technological trends and identify innovative solutions to support business growth.
  • Develop a short and long-term technology roadmap taking into account the current and future needs of the company.

Required Profile:

  • University degree in software engineering, computer science or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading business transformation projects, preferably in the construction sector.
  • Proven experience in an IT management role, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing IT and AI strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT governance principles and information security standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage IT budgets.
  • Intrapreneurship spirit with an ability to innovate and evolve traditional practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mobilize teams around transformation objectives.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
