About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Credit Risk Acquisitions to lead the development and optimization of strategies that balance risk and profitability within set parameters. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in financial services, card issuing, consumer credit, or banking. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a high-performing team is essential. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in SAS/SQL, possess excellent project management skills, and have a strong background in financial analysis and profitability drivers. A fundamental knowledge of credit scoring, underwriting, and credit risk management is required, along with familiarity with credit card industry concepts and practices. The role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at prioritizing and can quickly assimilate and analyze large amounts of information.
