A strong understanding of the YBSs balance sheet, corporate structure and data and reporting landscape are key to success in the role. In addition, you will champion a positive risk management culture.

  • Past experience of developing management information from scratch with appropriate automation and process optimisation.
  • Examples of delivering change within tight deadlines and having stakeholder engagement through the journey.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a pro-active attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Effective communication, engagement and influencing skills demonstrating the ability to understand, define and articulate business requirements.
  • You'll be someone who is keen to help others learn and develop and, while not a manager, you'll be provide thought leadership and encourage best practice in others.
