We are looking for talented and inquisitive people to join our Development team. The team is recognised as being one of the country's most experienced advisors on complex, large-scale, transformational development projects and has extensive experience advising significant public and private sector landowners, developers and housebuilders on major regeneration, transport and infrastructure-led development schemes.
The team is based in our Head Office in London and provides a full range of planning, compulsory purchase, land assembly, valuation and pre-development consultancy advice. We operate throughout the UK and internationally and advise on large, high-profile nationally and globally significant projects, with a strong client base including landowners, development corporations, private developers and housebuilders, local authorities, and bespoke development vehicles.

The Development & Assurance group comprises over 100 real estate professionals based in London and across the UK, and offers a wide range of consultancy and transaction services focussed around the planning, land assembly and development process. We are engaged on over £50bn worth of commercial and mixed-use development projects around the UK and internationally.
We are a team with a diverse range of skills and are looking for enthusiastic and proactive new team members with experience in any of the following areas to support and drive our growing business:
• Providing support on development options, site feasibility/viability and delivery strategies
• Running development appraisals and cash flow modelling
• Supporting on marketing and development partner procurement exercises
• Supporting with preparing Business Cases for investment
• Assisting in drafting client reports
• Developing relationships with our clients and project stakeholders
• Supporting teams to provide holistic advice on the delivery of major regeneration and infrastructure schemes
• Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
Connect to your skills and professional experience
Key required skills and experience:
• MRICS qualified (or equivalent) preferred with a degree and/or a relevant post graduate qualification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
• High attention to detail and highly organised
• Able to act independently and as part of a team
Desirable skills and experience:
• Proficient user of Excel, Argus and AI platforms

Our hybrid working policy
You'll be based in London with hybrid working.
