Based in Nassau, you'll lead financial services audits in one of the Caribbean's most established international financial centres. You'll be trusted with complex banking, insurance, and asset management clients, run engagements end to end, and shape teams in an office where managers are genuinely visible.

What we're looking for: - Professionally qualified (US CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in Audit (ideally Big Four, or Top 10)
- Financial Services client experience (ideally in Banking or Insurance)
- PCAOB, SOX, US GAAP, or IFRS17 experience is a huge bonus
- Fluent in English
- Curious, adaptable, and excited by life outside the obvious path
