Audit Senior Manager, Perth

They are now looking for an Audit Senior Manager to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing audit team.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across a broad range of industries
• Oversee planning, execution and completion of external audits
• Manage firm risk and ensure compliance with auditing standards
• Review work prior to Partner sign-off
• Monitor engagement profitability and performance
• Present findings to audit committees and senior stakeholders
• Mentor, coach and develop junior staff
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

What we're looking for:

• Professionally CA/ACCA/CPA qualified
• 8+ years of auditing experience gained with a Big Four/Mid Tier firm
• At least 2 years of experience gained in Australia (visa transfers welcome)
• Commercially minded with sound project management skills
• A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing teams
• Motivated by progression and long-term career growth
