Job Description

A leading UK accountancy and advisory firm is continuing a significant period of regional growth, creating several new opportunities for experienced Corporate Tax Senior Managers and Directors across its expanding South and South-West offices. Multiple locations available - reach out for more info.

The opportunity
Sitting at the heart of a highly regarded Corporate Tax practice, you will advise a diverse client base ranging from fast-growing entrepreneurial businesses to large international groups. The role offers a blend of complex advisory work, portfolio leadership, and the opportunity to play a visible role in shaping local teams as offices continue to scale.

You will work closely with partners and multidisciplinary specialists across the UK and internationally, delivering tailored tax solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and broaden service delivery.

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across multiple sectors
  • Leading complex advisory projects, including structuring, transactions, and technical tax matters
  • Overseeing compliance delivery through shared service and technology-enabled teams
  • Supporting team development, mentoring managers, and contributing to local growth strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen long-term client partnerships
  • Ensuring quality, risk management, and commercial performance across engagements

What we're looking for:
  • ACA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 8+ years Tax experience gained (at least 2 years UK Corporate Tax experience)
  • Proven experience managing significant client portfolios and leading large or complex projects
  • Commercially aware, relationship-driven, and comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Experience operating at Senior Manager or Director level within professional practice (happy to discuss a level up)
  • UK visa transfers welcome

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Corporate Tax leaders seeking a high-impact role within a growing practice, offering strong progression potential and the chance to play a meaningful role in the next phase of regional expansion.
