Data Analytics Internal Audit Manager

Location: Spain

A global organisation with a strong focus on innovation and transformation is looking to hire a Data Analytics Internal Audit Manager to join its international audit function.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of Internal Audit, Data Analytics, and AI, offering the opportunity to shape a technology-enabled audit approach across a complex, global business. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive a more data-driven, forward-looking audit capability.
Key responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data-driven and analytics-enabled audit approaches
  • Design dashboards and analytics tools to enhance audit planning and execution
  • Drive the adoption of automation, continuous monitoring, and process mining
  • Support the integration of AI and advanced analytics into audit workflows
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and business teams to improve risk insights
  • Contribute to the evolution of audit methodology and innovation initiatives
Requirements
  • Strong experience in data analytics, internal audit, or technology risk
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Understanding of ERP systems and data structures
  • Experience in audit, risk, or consulting environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Finance, Data, Technology)
Preferred
  • Exposure to AI or machine learning in audit or risk contexts
  • Experience with process mining or automation tools
  • Background in large, international organisations
