Job Description

Regulatory Compliance Manager

London (Hybrid: 3 office / 2 home)

£100,000 - £120,000 + benefits

An international bank with a growing UK presence is looking for a seasoned Regulatory Compliance professional to join its London branch.

This is a visible role leading a small team and supporting senior management across regulatory advisory, compliance monitoring, and control testing.

You must have corporate banking/retail banking experience.

What You'll Do
• Lead the regulatory advisory function and horizon scanning.
• Oversee the Compliance Monitoring Programme and internal control testing.
• Deputise for senior management across key committees.
• Build strong relationships with regulators and group stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
• 10+ years in Financial Services compliance (5+ in leadership).
• Strong PRA/FCA regulatory knowledge.
• Experience across retail and corporate banking.
