Interim Enterprise Risk Manager

Following a successful promotion, I will soon be exclusively recruiting an Interim Senior Enterprise Risk Manager for my client, an award-winning and globally recognisable technology business.

I am looking for a Senior Risk Advisor/Risk Consultant/Enterprise Risk Manager to join the business on an interim / contract basis (initially 4 months, but likely to be longer - preferred start date would be between March, April or May.

You will be based in the London, UK HQ, where you will work 3 days in - 2 days working from home (hybrid).

Reporting to the Global Head of Audit and Risk, who interacts daily with the Group CFO and Audit Committee & Risk Committees, the primary part of this role is to further build-out, maintain and communicate the company Enterprise Risk Management policy, objectives and expectations, and to support the strategic business units with the identification and reporting of strategic and material business risks and associated control environment.

Given the need for you to hit the ground running, we are looking for a person to act as a 'safe pair of hands', with experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), who has the ability to work in teams as well as on individual projects, is a 'hands-on' team player, who is willing to contribute to the development of the function during their tenure too. You will need to be a self-starter who can manage your own time and proactively seek and execute activities that will add value to the risk function.

This interim/tomp/contract role would be ideal role for a risk/ERM professional who is an experienced contractor or someone who is between jobs for any reason e.g.. redundancy, etc., but also might be someone looking for a potential temp-to-permanent role in a market-leading business.
