From day one you'll lead fieldwork, work directly with client stakeholders at banks, insurers, payment firms and asset managers, and help decide how a growing financial services internal audit team does things. It's a senior role with the responsibility and range to get you to manager quickly.
The team wants to move quickly, so this role is for someone already based in Ireland.

You'll supervise juniors, sit in on planning and scoping, and see your ideas on methodology put to use. Four sectors give you breadth that usually takes years to build, and in a growing team the manager seat opens up for the people who are ready for it.
What you'll be doing - Delivering internal audits across governance, risk, compliance and operations for financial services clients
- Leading fieldwork and supervising junior team members
- Supporting planning, risk assessments and scoping
- Testing control design and operating effectiveness
- Drafting clear reports with practical recommendations
- Working directly with client stakeholders
- Contributing to methodology and sector insight while the team takes shape
About you - Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIA (or equivalent)
- 3+ years in internal audit or risk within a Big Four/Top 10 firm
- Irish financial services client experience
- Currently based in Ireland
You've grown steadily in your firm, taking on a little more each year, and now you want somewhere to build the chapter. You're the auditor who asks the follow up question in the walkthrough and writes reports people read to the end. Juniors like working with you because you explain the "why".
