Job Description

I am recruiting for a global insurance and reinsurance organisation with a strong culture of excellence and long-term career development.

This is a junior Internal Auditor role, ideal for someone looking to build a broad understanding of the business while developing strong audit, risk, and stakeholder management skills. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation and gain exposure to a wide range of operational areas, including underwriting, claims, finance, and operations.

The Role
  • Support the planning and delivery of risk-based internal audits, reviews, and advisory projects
  • Identify control weaknesses, assess risk implications, and provide clear, practical recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Contribute to audit innovation, including the use of data analytics, AI, and new technologies

About You
  • 2-3 years' experience in internal and/or external audit (insurance experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree; studying towards a professional qualification (e.g. CIA, ACCA) is advantageous
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and within global teams
  • Experience with data analytics and audit tools is a plus
