Internal Auditor/Manager - Finance and Accounting

About the Opportunity:
One of Switzerland's most high profile businesses are recruiting an Audit professional with strong experience of accounting processes - specifically an internal Auditor with high potential to bring hands on accounting experience to the team.
Experience within certain areas (audits of inventory, P2P, O2C) has become very important for the audit group across the production sites and shared service centres globally. This is a very finance focused role, where your commercial understanding and accounting expertise will be welcome. Knowledge of SAP is critical as the company implemented SAP in the recent past.
Travelling globally, approximately 30% of the time, the auditor will grow into a team leader role quickly and will be exposed to a truly international position - Europe, Asia and The Americas being a particular focus. By possessing a proactive nature and bringing ideas to the table, there will be an opportunity to add immediate value to the global subsidiaries.
Adaptability, leadership potential, strong accounting expertise alongside SAP are the key requirements for the Internal Auditor. A background in the audit department of a major multinational within the consumer goods, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry will be a good fit. Operational and business process understanding - to combine with your SAP expertise - will be a winning combination.
