In this role, you'll be instrumental in advising a diverse portfolio of real estate clients on complex tax matters. You'll have the opportunity to leverage your technical skills, develop innovative tax strategies, and play a key role in the continued growth of our practice.

What you'll do:

  • Review partnership and corporate tax returns (Forms 1065, 1120, etc.) for real estate entities.
  • Research and interpret tax laws and regulations, applying them to specific client situations.
  • Mentor and develop junior tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
What you'll bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's in Taxation or JD/LLM preferred.
  • CPA license is highly preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in real estate tax, ideally within a public accounting firm or a large real estate organization.
  • Deep understanding of partnership tax, specifically as it applies to real estate (e.g., Section 704(b), 704(c), 754 adjustments).
  • Strong knowledge of various real estate structures (e.g., REITs, private equity funds, developers).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Why join us?

We offer a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path for career advancement. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team that values innovation, professional development, and work-life balance. Our Atlanta office provides a vibrant and engaging work environment with opportunities to work on exciting and complex projects.
