Scam and Fraud Paralegal

Are you a detail-driven paralegal with a passion for tackling financial crime and protecting vulnerable individuals and businesses? We're working with a leading law firm seeking a Scam and Fraud Paralegal to join their dynamic team and support high-profile investigations and litigation.

The Role

You'll be part of a specialist team handling complex scam and fraud cases, including:

• Assisting with civil recovery actions and regulatory investigations
• Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, law enforcement, and third-party agencies
• Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence
• Supporting solicitors with case preparation and court bundles

What We're Looking For

• Previous paralegal experience in fraud, financial crime, or litigation
• Strong understanding of scam typologies (e.g. investment fraud, phishing, and impersonation scams)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
• Proactive, organised, and able to work under pressure

Desirable

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification
• Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g. FCA, SRA) or civil recovery proceedings
• Familiarity with digital evidence and forensic review platforms
