The Role – What You’ll Do

  • Plan and deliver internal audits of Business Units, Group Companies, functions and subsidiaries, aligned to the annual audit plan
  • Lead audits as directed by the Manager and Department General Manager (DGM), including scoping, fieldwork, testing and close‑out
  • Report and present clear, evidence‑based findings and practical recommendations to local and senior management
  • Support J‑SOX testing, documenting and validating control design and operating effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across a complex, multicultural, matrix environment to drive remediation and continuous improvement
  • Travel of between 5 - 10 days per audit is typical and on occasion 15 days. There can be between 5 - 10 audits per year depending on business requirements.

What You’ll Bring

  • University Degree
  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA or IIA qualification
  • Experience at auditing within complex matrix organisations, identifying and assessing key business risks
  • Experience gained in a Big Four environment (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication with excellent report writing
  • High attention to detail
  • Understanding key risks to the business
  • Team Player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Experience with SAP (desired) – training will be provided
  • Experience with data analytics tools
  • Objective, independent and impartial
  • Applies commercial and risk insight to enhance business performance
  • Confident, collaborative and adaptable, with flexibility to meet travel requirements.
