Senior Manager, Internal Audit - Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)

We are supporting the search for a Senior Manager, Internal Audit to join an established financial services audit function on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This role would suit an experienced internal audit professional who can step in quickly and take ownership of end-to-end internal audits across corporate functions, including operational risk, finance, HR and compliance.

You will lead audit engagements from planning through to reporting, assess control effectiveness, and deliver clear, practical conclusions to senior stakeholders. The role requires credibility at senior level, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strong focus on delivery in a regulated environment.

This assignment is expected to run for 9 months.
