Transaction Advisory Manager, Atlanta

We're helping them to hire a Manager to join their growing Transaction Advisory team in Atlanta, supporting both buy-side and sell-side engagements.

This is a high-visibility role working directly with clients, delivering financial due diligence and deal insights that shape transaction strategy and negotiation outcomes.

We're open to:

• An experienced Senior ready to step up to Manager, or
• A current Manager looking for a faster track to Senior Manager in a merit-driven environment

What You'll Do

• Lead financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Analyze quality of earnings, working capital, and key deal drivers
• Assess risks, liabilities, debt, and carve-out financials
• Evaluate management forecasts and valuation inputs
• Draft clear, client-ready reports
• Build trusted relationships with clients and deal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• 3-5+ years of Transaction Services experience (6+ years total accounting experience)
• Proven track record managing or mentoring junior staff members
• Entrepreneurial mindset and motivated to grow
• Willingness to travel ~15%
