I am working in partnership with a Big 4 firm in Brussels, assisting them to hire a Transaction Services Manager. Due to continued growth, the firm is expanding its practice and seeking talented professionals to join this young, dynamic team.

The role: As a Manager in the Transaction Services group, you will support clients with financial advice during M&A or transformation projects, including financial (vendor) due diligence assignments, valuations, business modelling, SPA advice and negotiations, M&A strategy as well as other corporate finance matters.
You will work closely with a team of experienced M&A and Strategy professionals and have exposure to a wide range of clients. In addition to the above, you will play an important role in coaching more junior team members as well as getting involved in business development activities.
Requirements: - 5+ years relevant professional experience from a Big 4 firm
- Prior experience of delivering Transaction Services / Due Diligence projects
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English + French or Dutch
