Job Description

We are working with a leading mid-market advisory firm with a strong Financial Advisory Services presence in the Netherlands, currently looking to hire a Manager or Senior Manager into their Amsterdam-based Transaction Services team.

With a well-established team and increasing deal activity, this is an excellent opportunity to join at a pivotal growth stage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
  • Manage and mentor junior team members
  • Deliver high-quality financial analysis and commercial insights
  • Build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
  • Support the continued growth of the Transaction Services practice

Candidate Profile:
  • 6+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) experience
  • Background in Big 4 or a leading advisory boutique
  • Strong financial due diligence experience
  • Experience managing projects and teams
  • Fluent in English; Dutch preferred or strong ties to the Netherlands
