M&A Transaction Services professionals - looking for a fresh challenge? Keen to learn a new language?

I am working with Spain's No. 1 advisory firm in Deals, assisting them to build out their Transaction Services practice in Barcelona and Madrid. Due to continued growth and success, they are seeking to hire at Senior Consultant level.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team and play an active role in the continued growth and success of the practice. You will work within the Transaction Services team with an emphasis on performing financial due diligence procedures relating to the sale and purchase of companies. You will identify issues that may be of relevance and assess the impact thereof on the transaction.

Who we're looking for:

• Educated to degree level
• 3+ years' professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience delivering financial due diligence engagements
• Fluent English (Spanish language skills are desirable but not essential)
