M&A Transaction Services professionals - looking for a new challenge?

I am working with one of the fastest growing, independent firms in the financial advisory space. They are now looking to further strengthen their highly successful practice by hiring ambitious Senior Analysts and Managers into the Paris team.

This is an incredible opportunity for experienced M&A Transaction Services professionals who want the same technical complexity as Big 4 projects, however in an agile, entrepreneurial environment that will drive your career forward and provide a platform for personal growth and success.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects - predominantly financial and commercial due diligence, but you will also have the chance to cross over on forensic and dispute work as the team operates a 'no silo' structure.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior / Manager, your role will include:

• Executing complex financial and commercial due diligence project work
• Analysing financial data and identifying key trends behind the performance of a business
• Discussing business performance and forecast assumptions with senior team management
• Writing reports that set out findings and recommendations around the key financial and business issues in a transaction
• Helping to develop junior colleagues
• Building on and developing internal and external networks through personal contacts

Who we're looking for:

• Educated to degree level at top business school
• Professional experience gained in a large accountancy firm (Big 4 preferred)
• Prior expertise in Transaction Services
• Fluent in French and English
