Job Description

Ever so often there's a moment in where the work is good, the firm is solid, and you're still... restless. Not because anything's wrong. Just because some part of you wonders if this can get elevated, in the best possible way.

If that's you right now, let's talk about Cayman!!

Turquoise water, year-round sun, and one of the most respected client bases in offshore finance, this is what "next step" can actually look like.

You'll be working with some of the biggest names in offshore funds and broader financial services. That's massive exposure, at a level most tax professionals don't see until years later. Stay two years and move on, and you're walking away with experience that opens doors anywhere in the world. Choose to stay longer, and you're looking at fast-tracked progression within a firm that clearly knows how to develop its people. Either way, this is the kind of move that changes what your career looks like from here.

Join a prestigious Big Four, servicing some of the world's leading hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds and investment partnerships. You'll be joining an international team, expat professionals from all corners of the globe, and a firm that will get you set up on the island properly, visa, relo support, initial housing, the lot.

What's on offer:
  • Initial 2-year fixed-term contract, tax-free salary
  • Beaches, bars, watersports and a social calendar most people only get on holiday
  • Serious international audit experience that opens doors wherever you go next
  • Full relocation support at contract end, wherever that move takes you (the firm recently helped relocate a Manager internally to New York)
  • Extend your contract and you're looking at fast-tracked promotion
About you:
  • 3 - 6 years of US Tax experience, ideally within a large international practice
  • Financial services client experience is key (hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds and investment partnerships)
  • USCPA qualified or Enrolled Agent
