To ensure Blick Rothenberg remains a great place to work, we contribute constructively to our management team’s decision making, improving two-way communication.

This group, which is made up of representatives from all departments, has been instrumental in helping create the key principles of our flexible hours of work policy, as well as introducing things like weekly fruit deliveries to all offices.
