A role you will love

You will join our Global Development team and take responsibility for the ongoing maintenance and support of our core record keeping system - SCRIP - in all regions. As the QA Manager, you will work collaboratively across departmental and extra-departmental teams whilst supporting continuous improvement and project related activity. Leading a geographically dispersed team, you will:

  • manage the activities of the team to ensure consistent, rapid delivery of quality solutions
  • coach and mentor team members in support of continuous improvement and career development
  • define and execute an automation strategy
  • implement consistent tooling and methodology within the team
  • need to be flexible for regular scheduled out of hours calls


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage the allocation/utilisation of QA resources to teams/projects based on global priority
  • Manage the QA role and career path
  • Provide governance in the QA component of the organization’s delivery model
  • Mature the QA competency
  • Ensure the QA methodology and tooling is consistent across all teams and regions
  • Perform hands-on QA role as required

Key skills required include:

  • Ability to influence and motivate (global, geographically dispersed) teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Previous QA leadership experience
  • Experience in technology delivery across complex products and projects
  • Ability to be highly collaborative and work effectively in a global environment
  • Ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience in leading transformational projects with measurable outcomes


Desired skills/experience:

  • Experience in fostering “next level” Agile maturity within an organization
  • Demonstrated experience in leading transformational projects with measurable outcomes
